Shipping policy
Holiday Shipping for 2025:
Below you will find our guidelines for shipping selection to receive your order by December 23rd.*
Select Standard Ground for orders made by December 15th and Two Day for orders made by December 21nd.
US Domestic Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Flat Rate Express shipping available for orders up to a maximum of 12lbs and shipped to US domestic locations.
*Please note that due to unforeseeable circumstances additional delays may occur that are beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc) once your package is delivered to the carrier. We will make sure orders received by these dates arrive at the carrier by the following day. To avoid these issues, we recommend placing your order early.
Order Processing: Please allow up to four (4) business days for your order to be processed. In some cases orders may take longer to fulfill and these shipping times will be indicated in the product description.
Tracking: As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email.
Payment Options: Earth\Studies accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal payments.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Domestic Shipping: Earth\Studies ships orders via UPS and USPS. Carrier options vary based on item and destination.
For ground shipments, we will choose the more affordable option of UPS or USPS as the shipping carrier. If you have a shipping preference, this can be chosen at checkout. In the case of a lost package, it is a responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
For orders over $250, a signature will be required for the delivery.
Please contact help@earth-studies.com with your order number if you need to make any changes to your shipping selection. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate all update requests.
International shipping: We offer international shipping and charges will be calculated at checkout. International customers will be responsible for any additional customs clearance charges or import taxes. International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. USPS does not provide International tracking once the package has left the US.
Orders will be shipped according to the customer's specified address. Earth\Studies is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.
Earth\Studies is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping. All stated shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping speeds for International orders are not guaranteed and estimates are based on carrier provided information. Please contact the shipping service directly for a more precise estimate once orders have been shipped.
