TeaRoom_01 is a mobile site installation — an adaptive structure that can be assembled and activated in shifting contexts. Conceived as a place to gather, it offers a container for mindfulness and shared presence. Through the simple act of sitting for tea, listening, or reading, guests are invited to slow their pace and attune to the moment. 

From February 21st through March 27th, the structure is hosted at Portland’s One Grand Gallery. Within TeaRoom_01, guided tea experiences unfold alongside open periods for quiet reflection—holding space for conversation, contemplation, and sensory awareness. Visitors are welcome to experience and engage with TeaRoom_01 from 12:00-5:00 daily.

The Equinox ceremony in TeaRoom_01 will be lead by Earth\Studies researchers with shu puerh from Bardo tea.
